Release of Liability

By accepting these terms, I acknowledge that Carol Aiken, and any volunteer or representative of the Way-To-Go Ministries is released, and forever discharged from any and all actions, courses of action, claims, demands, injuries, damages, costs, loss of service, expenses, and compensation on account of any and all known and unknown personal injuries, mental anguish or agitation, and damage claims to any person or property resulting from or arising out of or related to these ministerial services.

By accepting these terms, I acknowledge that ministry provided by Carol Aiken will be in accordance with Biblical principles and precepts, and through scriptures, and personal revelation by the Holy Spirit and according to the Articles of Faith listed on this website. This will be the only standard by which Way-To-Go- Ministries services can be judged.

By accepting these terms, I acknowledge that the ministerial services provided by Way-To-Go Ministries are primarily spiritual in nature, and will not substitute for any type of medical treatment that may be needed.

By accepting these terms, I acknowledge that I understand that all that is offered here is prayer, ministering, and suggested tools for understanding dreams as it applies to spiritual or emotional growth.

By accepting these terms, I understand that I have received no warranty, or guarantee of any type, either written or verbally stated, promising any particular result from Carol Aiken, or any volunteer or representative of Way-To-Go Ministries, for any services rendered here.

By accepting these terms, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this release, understand the contents thereof, and are fully competent to agree to these terms of my own free will.
